A mobility app that fails at the time of ticket purchase is not a UX problem — it is a lost customer and an altered operation.
We work with industrial, mobility and infrastructure organizations on the design of internal tools, operation interfaces and digital end-user experiences. The challenge in this sector is not only to make something usable: it is to make it usable in high-pressure contexts, with users who are not digital natives and with processes that do not allow errors.
