That's why our design sprint format exists: short projects, with a dedicated EGGS team, fixed price and scope agreed from the beginning. No budget surprises. No open dependencies.
The process has three phases — research and context, ideation and co-creation, prototyping and validation — and is adaptable to any of our three service areas.
Three sizes:
### S — 2 people · 4 weeks
For limited challenges, rapid validation of opportunities
or focused exploratory research.
### M — 3 people · 6 weeks
For challenges with several lines of work or need
deeper co-creation with the client team.
### L — 4 people · 8 weeks
For larger projects, multiple units
business or environments that require more iteration.
